During these unprecedented times, many parents are looking for safe ways for their children to socialize online to supplement virtual learning. NarraTime offers a great solution.
Playing a game like Dungeons and Dragons is a fundamentally cooperative effort. Not only do the players learn from the narrative and from the characters they meet along the way - but they also learn from each other.
NarraTime helps kids practice critical thinking, learn empathy, and grow through their imaginations.

At present, NarraTime primarily functions as an after school program. Players join for an hour at a time, at a designated time every weekday.
Once or twice a week sessions are also available. Scroll down to see current schedule.
The Storyteller can change the campaign from week to week and the players can always make new characters. New players can always join campaigns that are already underway.
NarraTime also offers one-day campaigns for special events like birthdays.
Current After School Availability
There is currently open availability for after-school programming from sessions starting at 1pm, to sessions that start at 7pm (Eastern Standard Time).
I should have no
trouble adding a new player to a group that already exists! We are always very welcoming to new players.
Remember, there are groups that meet Monday-Friday
everyday after-school, and groups that only meet once or twice a week. Email me and let me know what works best for your family.
If you’re hoping to start a new play group, I’ll need at least 3 players that can commit to a time-slot.
Birthday Parties and Other Special Events
NarraTime is available for all sorts of different events!
Any sort of one-day campaign usually takes about 2 and a half hours. A half hour to set up and 2 to play!
However, times, dates, payment and other details are always flexible.

The NarraTime After School Program believes in a “pay what you can” philosophy. The amount and method of payment is always flexible.
